Modules
35 modules. 33 run today.
Every module below is listed with the state it is actually in, taken from the same registry the application reads. Nothing here is a roadmap item dressed as a feature: where a module is not switched on, the reason it is not switched on is printed under it, in the words the engineer who stopped it wrote. They all sit on the same engine, and they are all reached by one of four people doing one of four jobs.
Bought by the flow
Clubbed the way an ERP is bought, priced either way.
Each flow is the modules one desk runs, end to end, and can be taken as one subscription at 15% off the sum of its list prices; everything running today is 20% off. Every module is still sold on its own at the list price beside it. A module in two flows is paid once. Prices are per organisation and exclude GST.

in build, not switched on — not sold until they are; each joins its flow's bundle on that day

Every bundle price on this page is computed from the list prices above it, never typed — pricing shows the same figures beside the plans. Modules in build are not billed and cannot be switched on by asking.
One page each
Grouped the way a business is run.
Seven cycles, and every module sits in the one it serves. Each has its own page: what it produces, a worked example on illustrative figures, the price, and the reason it is not switched on where it is not. The figure beside each heading is how many of that cycle run today — including where that figure is nought.
Intelligence · 1 running
The exceptions that need a decision today, the forecast behind them, and an assistant that answers from your own records.
Every exception that needs a decision today, with the arithmetic that found it.
Order to cash · 5 running
From the pipeline through the order to the invoice and what is still owed — with the days outstanding counted the way a CFO counts them.
Why the deliveries that missed, missed — with the order numbers, not a recollection.
Who owes you what and how late, what you pay this week, and the days outstanding counted the way a CFO counts them.
Every contract on one register, and the date each one needs a decision — before silence renews it or lets it lapse.
Every customer order followed from confirmation to the customer's door, and the customer told at every step — so nobody has to ask where their order is.
A pipeline that knows whether you can actually deliver what you are about to promise.
Procure to pay · 6 running
Requisition, quotation, award, purchase order and the supplier's bill, each step a named person's act. Payables sit in Receivables & Payables, listed under order to cash.
See a supplier failing before the line stops, not after.
Which suppliers to ring this morning, in what order, with the message already written.
Every batch judged against its specification, released by a named person, and certified from the results.
Quotes side by side with the landed cost, the lead time and the supplier's record beside each — and the award with its reason kept.
What actually arrived, matched against what was ordered and what was billed.
What to pay this week, to whom, and the remittance that says what it settles.
Inventory & costing · 9 running
What is on hand, what it is worth, what it is quietly costing you, and what next week's plan needs.
Find the inventory quietly holding your working capital, and say what to do about it.
What you would have sold if the shelf had never been empty.
Stock at every distributor and every retailer, and who has gone quiet.
What the imported material actually cost you, not what the invoice said.
Safety stock and reorder points from your own variability, not a rule of thumb.
What you run out of, on what date, and the one action that still lands in time.
Which plant makes what, against capacity somebody actually stated.
One barcode per pallet, one per carton, in the standard every customer's warehouse already reads.
What the stock on hand is worth, on the method your auditor signed off.
People · 2 running
Whether the skills the plan needs are actually on shift this week, and who can cover the gap when they are not.
Leave and skills judged against what the plant actually needs that week.
Salary, statutory deductions and Form 16 Part B — every rate stated with its source, and nothing filed on your behalf.
Tax & compliance · 4 of 5 running
The tax head on every line, the documents that must agree with each other, and an audit trail that names who decided what.
Dangerous-goods paperwork that a person has signed off, with the rule version recorded.
Know which certificate expires before the customer's auditor does.
Hazard labels in the size the pack needs and the languages your customer reads, every word from the standard.
The IRN and the e-way bill raised from the invoice that already exists, not typed twice.
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B built from the invoices, checked against the ledger, filed by you.
In build for this cycle, not switched on and not sold: DG Compliance. Each page says what is missing.
EXIM & logistics · 5 of 6 running
Duty-free authorisations, customs documents, the forwarder's job file and the freight bill — the half of the trade nobody else's ledger models.
Catch the document mismatch before it becomes detention.
Check the freight invoice against what was actually contracted.
Which bills of lading are not in hand, ranked by what it costs when the vessel lands.
How many boxes, which kind, and what goes where — with the arithmetic beside every count.
The forwarder's job file: what you quoted, what you bought, what you sold, and the margin between them — computed, not typed.
Every duty-free authorisation you hold — advance authorisation, EPCG and DFIA — what is left on it, what you still owe the government, and what it costs if you miss.
In build for this cycle, not switched on and not sold: EXIMGuard. Each page says what is missing.
Finance · 1 running
The ledger underneath all of it: journals, periods, and statements that close.
Journals, periods and statements that close — under everything else you already run.
