SIAARU exists because the same conversation happens in every plant: the ERP has the data, the meeting has a spreadsheet, and the two disagree. Nobody in the room can say which is right, so the decision gets made on instinct.
Why it works this way
Every number carries its arithmetic.
That is the whole design, and it came from watching planners refuse to act on dashboards they could not defend.
A figure you cannot re-derive is a figure you will be asked about in a meeting and cannot answer for. So SIAARU shows the inputs, the row count and the as-at date beside every KPI — and the engine that produces them is forbidden from touching a language model, the network or the clock, with a test that fails the build if anyone changes that.
The consequence is a product that is slower to demo and much harder to argue with. We think that is the right trade for software people are supposed to run their operation on.
Where we are
Early, and saying so.
SIAARU is pre-revenue and built by a small team. The product is complete enough to run a real operation — connectors, KPIs, forecasting, exceptions, approvals, audit — and there are things it does not do yet, all of which are listed on this site rather than discovered later.
What that means if you are considering us: you get direct access to the people who build it, changes land in days rather than quarters, and the roadmap is genuinely shaped by the first customers. It also means we are not the safe choice, and we would rather you weighed that with accurate information.
How we work
Four commitments we can be held to.
Say the gap first
A limitation you find yourself costs us the deal. One we tell you about costs us nothing, and buys the benefit of the doubt on everything else.
Never invent a number
If we cannot compute it from your records, we do not show it. "Unvalidated" is a real answer the product gives.
Read, do not write
SIAARU does not write into your ERP. Where that limits us, we accept the limit.
Your data leaves when you want
Full export, any time, without asking us. Nothing about the commercial relationship should depend on lock-in.
