Supply chain control tower
The AI never touches
your numbers.
SIAARU finds the stockout, the late shipment and the supplier drifting off-contract before they cost you. Every figure it shows was computed from your own records in SQL, and carries the arithmetic that produced it.
Runs on your ERP data. Thirty minutes. No commitment.
Days inventory outstanding
Computed in SQL61.4 days
÷ cost of goods sold ₹28,01,44,000
× 365
= 61.4 days · 4,182 rows · as at 31 Jul 2026
This is how every number in the product appears: the figure, the inputs, the row count and the date. A model can explain it. A model cannot produce it.
How it works
Five steps, and the fifth feeds the first.
Each step is a real stage in the product, not a diagram. The numbering is the order the work actually happens in.
Connect
SAP, Oracle Fusion, Dynamics 365, your WMS or TMS, a database, or a spreadsheet. Read-only.
Reconcile
Units converted, currencies converted, duplicates found, gaps named. Data below your quality threshold is quarantined, not silently used.
Measure
Fill rate, OTIF, DIO, supplier performance, freight cost per tonne — computed in SQL, each with its formula attached.
Forecast
Ten models compete per material and the winner is chosen on periods it never saw. Accuracy is reported held-out, against a benchmark.
Act
Exceptions ranked by rupee impact, a recommended action, an approval, an audit row. Then the loop measures whether it worked.
Three claims, each with its receipt
If we say it, we show the arithmetic.
Determinism
The KPI engine cannot reach a model.
Not a policy — a test. The build fails if the KPI or forecast engine imports an AI client, the database, the network, or the clock.
forbidden imports: 0
build blocks on failure: yes
Isolation
One tenant cannot read another.
Every query for business data goes through a single scoped accessor. The organisation always comes from the session and never from the request.
the only sanctioned data path
isolation suite: dedicated, in CI
Accountability
Every change has a name against it.
Who, what it was before, what it is now, and why. Administrator actions write a row the tenant can see.
actor · before · after · reason
retention: 7 years, enforced
Measured, not projected
Numbers from our own test runs.
These are results we can reproduce, on a seeded tenant. They are not customer outcomes — we say so plainly because we do not yet have customers.
Accuracy is reported as held-out, using WMAPE weighted by volume — an average of per-item percentage errors flatters a forecast by letting tiny items dominate. The benchmark is shown beside it because an accuracy figure with nothing to compare it to is a number, not a result.
Connects to
Your systems, read-only.
Built to each vendor's published protocol and tested against it. The entity paths are published defaults, and confirming them against your gateway is the first task of any deployment — which is why every one of them is editable.
SAP
S/4HANA and ECC over the OData gateway. Basic authentication or OAuth 2.0 via BTP.
Oracle Fusion
Cloud SCM over the REST framework, with its own paging.
Dynamics 365
Supply Chain Management over OData v4, with Azure AD client credentials.
WMS and TMS
Any system exposing a JSON collection. You choose the format and give the paths.
Also: PostgreSQL, any REST endpoint, CSV and Excel. Every outbound URL is checked before it is fetched — loopback and cloud metadata addresses are refused.
Straight answers
What SIAARU does not do yet.
A gap you find yourself costs us the deal. A gap we tell you about costs us nothing.
- It reads your ERP. It does not write back. SIAARU recommends raising the purchase order; a person raises it in SAP.
- The connectors are not vendor-certified. They implement each vendor's published protocol and are tested against it, but no live customer tenant has been connected yet.
- Live carrier tracking is being wired now. Shipment milestones today arrive by import or from your TMS. A tracking integration with GoComet is the next piece of work.
- Not SOC 2 certified. The technical controls an audit examines are in place and the policy set is written. The certification and its observation window are not. Here is exactly where we stand.
