Pricing
Per organisation. Not per seat.
Charging per user means a planner does not add the colleague who would have caught the problem. Every plan is priced on the size of the operation instead, so inviting one more person is free.
Every price below is a starting point, not a quote. What you pay depends on scope — sites, SKUs, users, how many systems we connect and how much history we migrate. Annual billing is ten months for twelve. All prices exclude GST. Everything marked * is explained beneath the plans.

Enterprise
Let's connect
We scope it with you — sites, volumes, connectors, region and term — and put the structure in writing before anything is signed.
- No ceilings on sites, SKUs or users
- Named support and a solution architect
- Price locked for the full term
- Deployment in your region
- Security questionnaire support
*Prices start from these figures. They are not a quote and nothing here is a commitment to a final number. Scope moves them: plants and warehouses, SKU and user counts, how many systems we connect, how much history we migrate, and what your security review asks for. We would rather show you a floor you can plan around than a number that changes the moment we understand your operation. You get a written quote after a scoping call, and it holds for 30 days.
*Implementation is a one-time fee, from ₹75,000 on Starter, ₹1,80,000 on Professional and ₹3,50,000 on Business. It covers connecting your ERP, mapping your master data, migrating history, configuring the exception rules to your thresholds and training your team. It is invoiced on go-live, not on signature — if we do not get you live, you do not pay it.
*Annual maintenance is optional and starts in year two, at 18% of the annual subscription — from ₹1,10,000 on Starter, ₹2,60,000 on Professional and ₹5,10,000 on Business. It covers re-mapping the connectors when you upgrade or change your ERP, custom reports and dashboards, on-site support days, and a tightened response SLA. Product updates, security patches, hosting and standard support are in the subscription and are never charged again here.
*Enterprise carries no published figure. It is a committed term rather than a monthly subscription, and what it costs follows the estate — sites, volumes, connectors, the region it is deployed in and the length of the term. We scope that with you and put the structure in writing before anything is signed. If your operation sits between Business and Enterprise, say so on the call: those are quoted individually rather than pushed up to the next tier.
Prices exclude GST. Annual maintenance is fixed for the first three years. Nothing on this page is an offer capable of acceptance.
What every plan includes
The parts that are not a tier.
Security is not an upsell. Isolation, encryption, audit and two-factor authentication are in Starter for the same reason they are in Enterprise: a control that only some customers get is a control that will eventually be missed on the wrong one.
Tenant isolation
A single scoped data path, with its own test suite.
Encryption
Credentials and second-factor secrets encrypted at rest.
Two-factor
Mandatory for administrators, available to everyone.
Audit trail
Actor, before, after, reason. Retained seven years.
Questions we get asked first
The commercial small print, without the small print.
Is there a trial?
Yes — 14 days on your own data, no card. If it is not clearly worth the money by the end of it, we would rather you did not buy.
Why is implementation charged separately?
Because it is real work with a real end: your ERP connected, your masters mapped, your history migrated, your thresholds set. Folding it into the subscription would mean charging every customer in year three for a job done once in year one.
Is the AMC compulsory?
No, and it does not start until year two. Hosting, security patches, product updates and standard support are in the subscription and are never billed again. The AMC buys connector re-mapping when your ERP changes, custom reports, on-site days and a tighter SLA.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes — the whole product, not a cut-down version. Exceptions, approvals and the control tower are built for a 360px screen first, so a plant head can clear an approval from the floor. Nothing to install; it is the same URL.
What happens if we exceed a limit?
You are told, and asked. Nothing is cut off silently and no overage appears on an invoice you did not agree to.
Can we get our data out?
Any time, in full, as CSV — without asking us. A product that holds your data hostage does not deserve the renewal.
Is the AI usage metered separately?
No. There is a monthly ceiling on model spend per tenant and the product stops rather than surprising you. KPIs and forecasts cost nothing to run — they are arithmetic, not a model.
Where does our data live?
In the region you choose. Indian customers are deployed in India.
